If you enroll in a program, we typically retain your records for the duration of your enrollment and for a reasonable period afterward. If you simply inquire or sign up for updates without enrolling, we retain your information only as long as needed for that purpose, or until you ask us to delete it.

Marketing Communications

If you provide your phone number or email address, we may send you SMS or email updates about our programs, new cohorts, and offers. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS, clicking unsubscribe in any email, or contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing communications won't affect essential messages related to a program you're enrolled in.

In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and, where required, the Nigeria Data Protection Commission, without undue delay and in line with our obligations under the Nigeria Data Protection Act.
